The 2018 Spirit of OTS award was presented to Mr. Randy Zwier, for his years of service to OTS. Randy is a lung transplant recipient who has been the chairman of the OTS tree planting ceremony for the past three years. Thank you, Randy, for all you do for OTS and organ donation!
